Southend Surf Shop - Refund Policy

You may return all unopened items purchased at Southend Surf Shop within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will issue you store credit within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
